🗺️ Every Cul-de-Sac Looked Like This

90s Southern California suburb memory atlas: 12-landmark overview map, In-N-Out Burger close-up, Sony Discman still life, and a synthwave skate park at dusk. All in bold neon-on-midnight risograph screenprint aesthetic.

The In-N-Out sign glowed red and white against a sky that somehow looked painted. The Slurpee was always too big. The Blockbuster had exactly one copy of the movie you wanted.
Four cards. One zip code. Circa 1992–1998.
Card 1 — The Map Every block in every SoCal suburb followed the same logic: strip mall on the corner, cul-de-sac in the back, skate park at the edge of everything. Twelve landmarks. One summer at a time.
Card 2 — In-N-Out Double-Double, Animal Style. You knew the order by heart before you could drive yourself there.
Card 3 — Discman One burned CD-R, one foam-pad headphone, one walk to the park. Seventy-four minutes felt like the whole afternoon.
Card 4 — Skate Park Last trick before the streetlights came on. After that, you had to be home.
